In most cases, insurance does cover treatment. The office can assist with contacting your insurance company and determining coverage based on your individual policy. Insurance benefits are determined before your second visit, and you will be informed of any payment needed at that time.
For patients without insurance, Knox Physical Therapy offers a discounted fee due at the time of service.
